When should we schedule measurement?
After ceiling grid is installed and demising walls are framed. We need to verify floor-to-ceiling heights and identify any obstructions. MEP rough-in should also be complete.
Can you integrate with our access control?
Yes, we coordinate with your security contractor to prep doors for mag locks, card readers, or electric strikes. We'll need access control specs before door fabrication.
What about sound privacy for conference rooms?
Our acoustic systems achieve STC 35-45 ratings with proper perimeter seals. For higher ratings, we offer laminated acoustic glass and enhanced seal packages.
Do you offer switchable privacy glass?
Yes, we install PDLC (polymer dispersed liquid crystal) glass that switches from clear to opaque with a switch or app. Popular for conference rooms and executive offices.
